Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that items showing signs of fitting, mounting, or use cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been fitted or used
• Custom or special order items
• Items returned after the 14-day window
